NEW RECEPTIONIST

Holy Trinity Catholic welcomes Amber Adams to our Church office, starting Tuesday December 6^th. Previously employed by Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation, as their Director of Marketing and Communications and Director of Donor Relations, Amber was responsible for all marketing and communications, advertising and fundraising. Some of you will know Amber from St. Peter’s where she was the Office Manager and deepened her knowledge of Diocesan policies and procedures. Amber brings a wealth of knowledge to our parish and will be a valuable member of our team, please stop by to welcome Amber into our church family. Sarah will be moving out of the main office into the finance room next door, where her role will revolve around accounting and volunteer coordination. Both Amber and Sarah will be in the building during our office hours of Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 1:45pm.

TAX RECEIPTS

Please note that to be included in your 2022 tax receipt, which will be issued in February, your donations to Holy Trinity and/or SSVDP should be received at the church by Sunday December 25th, 2022. Donations received after the 25th will be gratefully accepted and applied to your 2023 tax receipt. Please ensure that we have your correct mailing address to send your tax receipts to in the New Year, SSVDP will be sending out their own tax receipt's so your contact information should also be updated with them.

2023 ENVELOPES

The 2023 envelope boxes are now available in the lobby for pick up. They will remain in the lobby only until January 15, 2023. After that date please go to the office to pick yours up. Thank you.
