EASING OF COVID RESTRICTIONS - 11 MARCH, 2022
BC HEALTH AUTHORITY UPDATE
30 NOVEMBER 2021
The BC Health Authority updated the guidelines for place of worship due to the new variant of COVID appering within BC.
It is now mandatory that masks be worn while attending church.
This was something already in place here at Holy Trinity.
Additionally, worship services must now be limited to 50 % of our seated capacity. Our Sanctuary holds 300, therefore we are restricted to 150 parishioners at each Mass. Currently our Masses do not exceed 100, therefore these new updates will not impact how services are being run at this time.
Parish Council will be making plans for how to handle the
Christmas Masses and those details will be announced shortly.
MASKS AT MASS
The Provincial Health Office has amended the indoor event mask policy.
PHO order on masks in public indoor settings
Masks are required in all public indoor settings
for all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+).
Thanks for making plans to follow this order when attending Mass.
